 SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipment on any of Aimee Rayner Fine Art, despite the size, are shipped via UPS or FEDEX ground which usually takes between 3-5 business days. All items are handled with care and packaged in a box with bubble wrap to ensure the protection of your piece. Once shipped I will email you a confirmation as well as tracking number.

 

 RETURNS

I want to ensure 100% client satisfaction. Therefore, if you receive an item and for any reason would like to return it, I will offer you a full refund within 7 days of receiving the artwork equal to the cost of the piece, not including the cost of shipping, if applicable. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received as well as in the same packaging or you will forgo refund. There are no "free returns" and a purchaser who wants to return a piece will incur the cost of shipping.

There will be no returns/refunds on commission pieces once the piece has been approved. The 50% (nonrefundable) deposit may be used towards another commission piece or online in my shop. 

 

COMMISSIONS

If you don't see an available painting in the size and colors you need I would be more than happy to create a custom painting for you. Please note that commissions are priced a little bit higher than my regular paintings due to the extra time that goes into accommodating the needs of my client and making sure they are completely satisfied.
